They're giving away free copies of their book, The Photoshop Anthology: 101 Web Design Tips, Tricks & Techniques [ILLUSTRATED] (Paperback)

In the email from Sitepoint, you are given two download options, a high resolution copy with a file size of 64Mb, or for the bandwidth conscious, there's a 23Mb low resolution version.
I opted for the high-resolution print version.
The 64 MB download is a zip file that contains a single, 295-page PDF document titled "photoshop-giveaway-print-quality.pdf".
At the bottom of every page, there's a link to the 99Designs sponsor mentioned earlier. I'm wondering whether it would be worthwhile joining their web design contests for a chance to win some prize money.
